Is the Exterior House Condition Report really free?
Yes, subject to service-area and property qualification. You do not have to select a paid service to request it.
Do I need to know which service I need?
No. Tell us what you have noticed, or simply request the report and let the visible conditions guide the next step.
Do I need to be home?
Normally no, when exterior access is authorized, safe and available.
Is this a full home inspection?
No. It is a strictly visual, exterior-only review related to exterior cleaning, maintenance and repair services. It does not include destructive testing, concealed assemblies, engineering, code compliance, interior systems or specialist diagnostics.
Am I obligated to approve work?
No. You can add, postpone, monitor, question or decline individual recommendations. A selection becomes a service request for review and scheduling—not an automatic charge.
